The rules for using iqtify.

What iqtify is
iqtify is a free educational tool for finding gaps in your knowledge and practicing skills. It is not an interview preparation service, certification program, or formal assessment tool.
Who can use iqtify
- Accounts are for adults (16 and over).
- Children may use iqtify through a kid profile added by an adult. Kid profiles do not require an email address or separate account.
- You must provide accurate information if you create an account.
What you can and cannot do
You may:
- Use iqtify for personal learning and skill practice.
- Create one account per person.
- Add kid profiles for children in your household.
You may not:
- Use iqtify for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the service beyond normal use.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Abuse the service in ways that harm it or other users (e.g., flooding requests, attempting to bypass rate limits).
- Misrepresent the source or accuracy of generated questions or AI-graded answers.
AI-generated content and grading
- Some questions may be generated by an AI model. These are clearly marked or evident from context.
- Written answers to generated questions may be graded by an AI. The grading is automated and may not always be perfect.
- Bank questions (hand-written) are graded using deterministic rules, not AI.
- No guarantees: iqtify's assessments are for learning purposes only. They do not replace professional evaluation, certification, or academic credit.
Your content and data
- You own your answers, notes, and profile information.
- By using iqtify, you grant us permission to store and process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time (see the Privacy Policy for details).
Availability and changes
- iqtify is provided "as is" and may change or become unavailable without notice.
- We may update features, question banks, or the interface at any time.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
No warranties
iqtify is a free educational tool provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the service will be available, error-free, or secure at all times.
- That questions, explanations, or grading will be accurate or complete.
- That using iqtify will lead to specific learning outcomes, job opportunities, or other results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of iqtify is not liable for any damages arising from your use of iqtify, including but not limited to lost data, inaccurate assessments, or reliance on generated content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
